Blueberries and Cream – With a Twist

Blueberries and Cream

Ingredients/Amount

Reduced fat cream cheese 4 ounces

Low-fat vanilla yogurt ¾ cup

Honey 1 tsp.Lemon zest 2 tsp.

Blueberries 2 cups

Work the cream cheese in a small bowl until it is creamy.  Drain liquid from yogurt and add, along with the honey.

Beat with electric mixer at high speed until ingredients are well blended.

Stir in lemon zest.

Layer the blueberries and lemon cream, alternating layers.

Serve immediately or refrigerate.
